PSQA in Home and Community Health Care services

Category: PSQA projects
Vendor: EPR forum
Item number: 1301

The Project is managed by EPR-forum in co-operation with The Norwegian School of Management (BI), Research Laboratory at Buskerud University College (HiBu Vitensenter) and several commercial companies coordinated through Arena Health Innovation. The Norwegian EPR-forum has a general eHealth web page in Norwegian here: The Elderly Care Challenges.

The project is founded on the needed re-thinking of public government management and organization from the OASIS Transformational Government Framework (TGF) using related OASIS SOA based standards. An interacting PSQA based Super structure SOA Portal is processing easy adaptable Scenario Templates:

The Scenario Templates are organized by help of the EPR-eFolder spesification regarding workflow and service management. Real time body and flat condition monitoring are handled through the functional mirrored EPR-eDevice spesification reporting deviation and events to the EPR-eFolder service response and management part.

These kind of processable Scenario Templates are using the modeling methods from both the EPR-eFolder and EPR-eDevive spesification. Their fundamental semantic dictionaries for modeling is part of the CAM editor tool based on the OASIS CAM and OASIS BCM specification standard.
